I have not been kind to my lungs of the years so I started using Mullein to aid as an expectorant and help overall lung function, and I have found it to be somewhat effective These come in gummy form providing 2000mg Mullein extract per 2 gummies. The gummies taste great with a light pear flavor. They are a little sweet but not too much and make for an easier way to ingest versus making tea I like the ease of use and taste, but I haven't found these to be as effective as other forms I have tried. In addition, All the gummies in my bag were all stuck together, so it's all just in one big clump that has to be broken up. Not a huge deal but they sometimes don't split off cleanly so the amount taken can vary
These gummies are very tasty. I've never used Mullein Leaf before and I'm not sure if you can see the results on a daily basis unless you have some pre-existing lung conditions or if you're sick. For the price, I would probably use these more when I'm feeling sick or have a chest cold.
I combine this with taking my daily mullein tea. And I definitely recommend it great lung detoxifer
The product came in a dark green resealable zip-up bag. Lots of yellowish gummies inside. Taste has pear flavor but not as tasty as I would expect. But hoping it could do the work!
